Academic Scholarships
SGI is fully committed to its institutional social responsibilities. SGI, besides being pioneers in providing quality education is proactive in uplifting the education standard by supporting the bright students through various institutional academic scholarship schemes. These scholarship schemes are designed for students who have displayed an outstanding level of academic performance in their qualifying exam and interview conducted at the time of admission.
Maximum 10% to 50% of Tuition fee amount may be provided as scholarship for all programmes
SGiians Scholarship
SGiiansis a test based scholarship scheme and involves three rounds, one is held at schools and colleges where the students are studying. The second round is held in the SGI campus through which twelve toppers are selected in each category from arts/commerce (school level), science (school level), polytechnics and colleges. These toppers then go through an open stage quiz contest for each category through which the winners for each category are identified.

Other Scholarship Schemes
In today’s world education has become one of the most essential but expensive pursuit. In the society so many talented students find it very difficult to pursue their higher education because of lack of financial resources. SGI believes that talent is not captive of academics alone. Unfortunately, many of the talented students compromise on their careers because of financial hardships. It is a matter of social committment that SGI is also providing scholarships –

General Guidelines for the award of Scholarship
- At any point of time, a student eligible for more than one scholarship shall have to choose only one of such scholarships offered by SGI however, he/she may avail another scholarship offered by an external Foundation/Trust.
- At any stage, if a candidate availing any scholarship is found guilty of gross misconduct/violation of college rules/norms, (after due enquiry & orders passed by competent authority for withdrawal of scholarship/facilities) his/her scholarship shall be withdrawn.
- If at any stage, it is formed that any candidate has obtained scholarship by misrepresentation of facts/tendering false or misleading information, his/her scholarship would be withdrawn
